By using Newroomai you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service. You must not upload images you do not own or have the right to use, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or access it through automated means without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms at any time without notice.
Newroomai operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive 2 free credits upon signup. Additional credits are available as one-time purchases through our three plans:
Starter — $9 for 40 credits (~$0.23 per image)
Pro — $19 for 120 credits (~$0.16 per image)
Max — $29 for 240 credits (~$0.12 per image)
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each credit entitles you to one AI image generation (either image-to-image redesign or text-to-image creation). Credits are deducted at the time of use and never expire.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo handles all billing, invoicing, and applicable tax. Your payment method is charged by Dodo Payments; "Dodo Payments" will appear on your card statement.
Because credits are a digital consumable, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete, except where required by applicable law.
If a generation fails due to a confirmed error on our end, the credit is automatically returned to your account — you will not be charged for failed generations. If you believe you are owed a refund under your local consumer protection laws, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Dodo Payments may, at their discretion, process refunds on our behalf in accordance with their own policies. For any billing disputes, you may also contact Dodo Payments support directly.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your account information (managed by Clerk), and the images you upload and generate.
Images you upload and the AI-generated results are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Design history and associated images are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also delete individual designs or your entire account at any time from your Account page. Your images are not used by Newroomai to train AI models and are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (OpenAI for generation, Cloudflare for storage). Note that images sent to OpenAI are subject to OpenAI's own data use policies.
We use standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for debugging and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 30 days. We do not sell your data.
Third-party processors: To deliver the service we share limited data with the following sub-processors: Clerk (authentication), OpenAI (image generation), Cloudflare (storage), and Dodo Payments (payment processing). Each provider is bound by its own data processing agreements and privacy policy.
We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage necessary to keep you signed in and to initialise the payment checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. By using Newroomai you consent to this use of cookies.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You can delete your design history or your entire account directly from your Account page. For other requests, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Account and authentication data is managed by Clerk — refer to Clerk's Privacy Policy for data held on their platform.
Newroomai offers two generation modes: image-to-image redesign (upload a room photo and describe a new style) and text-to-image creation (describe a room from scratch). Both modes are powered by OpenAI's GPT Image 2 model.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of generated results. AI-generated images may not perfectly reflect your prompt and should not be relied upon for architectural or structural decisions.
Newroomai™ is a trademark. The service, design, and code are proprietary. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. You retain ownership of any original images you upload.
Newroomai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or unsatisfactory generation results.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the email address associated with your account or by a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
